Job Summary: The Retail Operations Manager will oversee all retail outlets and kiosks within the Cloudnine Hospital network West region The candidate will be responsible for sales and vendor management, as well as identifying and cultivating relationships with new brands to operate in our hospitals. Additionally, the Retail Operations Manager will oversee the training of new outlet staff and be responsible for creating sales plans and executing them. 

Key Responsibilities: 

* Manage all retail outlets and kiosks within the Cloudnine Hospital network West Pune and Mumbai

* Scout for new brands to operate in our hospitals and cultivate relationships with them to ensure a strong partnership 

* Oversee the training of new outlet staff and create training materials to ensure all employees are equipped to excel in their roles 

* Create and execute sales plans to increase revenue and improve customer experience 

* Manage financial transactions with brands and ensure timely payment for their services 

* Monitor and report on the performance of retail outlets and kiosks across the hospital network 

* Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff 

* Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures 

* Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards 

* Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc. 

* Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths 

* Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.) 

* Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records 

* Manage all store operations briefing, team training, daily reports, inventory management, etc.

* Innovating and suggesting best practices and documenting the same for management's consideration 

* Ownership of store KPIs such as sales targets, ATV, UPT, AUV, feedback reviews from customers 

* Daily Cash & Bank transactions including the responsibility of ensuring accuracy of petty cash 

* Visual merchandising and store display 

* Daily briefing and Weekly Reports to review sales figures and take proactive measures to ensure stores targets are met. 

Requirements: 

* Master's degree in business administration or a related field. 

* Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in retail operations management or a similar role. 

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with vendors, staff, and hospital management. 

* Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address issues related to retail operations. 

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities to ensure successful execution of salesplans. 

* Knowledge of retail trends and the ability to identify new opportunities to grow the business. 

• * Willingness to travel to different hospitals within the Cloudnine network.
