Job Description

About the Role:

retail and commercial projects

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional who can drive channel partner relationships and deliver consistent sales performance in the commercial/retail real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage strong relationships with
channel partners (brokers, IPCs, CP aggregators)
to drive lead generation and closures.
Actively promote retail/commercial inventory in Pune’s top micro-markets: Koregaon Park, Yerwada, Hinjewadi, Pimpri, Mamurdi.
Execute local market activations, channel meets, and site visits to boost sales visibility.
Track, monitor & analyze sales data from channel partners and recommend corrective actions to meet sales targets.
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, CRM, and site teams for smooth transaction flow.
Ensure timely documentation and post-sales support for channel-led clients.
Stay updated on
market trends, competitive projects
, and retail investor sentiments.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven
experience in channel sales
(preferably in retail/commercial real estate).
Strong network of channel partners in the Pune region.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Tech-savvy with CRM tools, Excel & basic sales reporting.
Ability to drive high-value deals and work under performance-based environments.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
3–6 years
in real estate sales, especially commercial/retail
Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
