new client acquisition and business development
in the retail BTL category.
Leverage own
client database
(retailers, distributors, dealers, agencies, brands) to generate leads.
Pitch
BTL solutions
such as retail branding, fabrication, in-shop branding, activations, POP, kiosks, counters, signage, and rural retail campaigns.
Meet and exceed
sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with internal design, production, and execution teams to deliver projects.
Manage
vendor relationships
for fabrication, signage, and installation.
Conduct regular
market visits
to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in
Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
3–7 years of experience
in
BTL sales / retail branding / advertising agency sales.
Must have an active client database
(retailers, brands, distributors, agencies).
Strong track record of
closing sales in BTL/retail branding
projects.
Hands-on knowledge of
fabrication & branding materials
(GSB, acrylic, POP, kiosks, etc.).
Excellent
negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business development.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in
advertising agencies, retail branding, fabrication, or experiential marketing.
Familiarity with
FMCG, consumer durables, and retail channel marketing.
Ability to convert
branding projects into measurable sales growth.
