Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Ownership & Sales Growth

• Own full

  P&L responsibility

  for Waarees Amazon business topline, margin, and contribution after ads and logistics.
• Plan and deliver monthly/quarterly GMV targets across all categories.
• Forecast demand, manage pricing strategy, and plan inventory to optimize working capital.
• Create and execute growth roadmaps for each product category on Amazon (Solar, Inverters, ESS, Accessories).
• Drive strategic participation in Amazon events Great Indian Festival, Prime Day, and Category Deals.

2. Account Management

• Manage the Waaree brand presence on

  Amazon Seller Central and Seller Flex

  ; ensure content hygiene, catalog accuracy, and inventory health.
• Build relationships with Amazon category managers, operations managers, and compliance teams.
• Monitor product performance through key KPIs — Buy Box %, Conversion %, ODR, NCR, and ACoS.
• Coordinate resolution of escalations including A-to-Z claims, SAFE-T reimbursements, and logistics disputes.

3. Operational Excellence

• Lead daily operations for order processing, dispatches, and returns under

  Seller Flex

  .
• Ensure real-time coordination with

  warehouse and logistics teams

  for SLA adherence.
• Manage inventory reconciliation, inbounding, and stock health monitoring.
• Optimize operational cost through data-driven insights (FBA fee, logistics cost, return rate).
• Maintain process compliance for GST, invoicing, and order reconciliation with Amazon systems.

4. Marketing & Visibility Management

• Coordinate Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns with Amazon advertising team or agency partners.
• Analyze campaign ROI and allocate budgets to optimize ACoS and organic ranking.
• Drive A+ content, product videos, and storefront updates in line with Waaree’s brand guidelines.
• Track competitor movement, keyword trends, and pricing benchmarks.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with

  Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service

  teams for smooth execution.
• Partner with

  Tech and D2C teams

  to ensure synchronization between shop.waaree.com and Amazon.
• Provide weekly and monthly dashboards for senior management on P&L, inventory, and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with

  Amazon India team

  for promotional tie-ups and growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Commerce; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Seller Flex accounts.
• Proven track record of

  owning P&L

  , driving

  sales growth

  , and managing

  end-to-end operations

  in FMEG For amazon.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with solar, electronics, appliances, or industrial products.
• Hands-on with

  Amazon tools

  – Brand Analytics, Business Reports, Helium10, or Data Studio.
• Working knowledge of GST, reconciliation, SAFE-T, and A-to-Z claim workflows.
• Deep understanding of FBA, FBM, and hybrid fulfillment models.
