Role & responsibilities

Greet and welcome every customer with a pleasant smile and courteous attitude.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right counter or executive.
Maintain the customer waiting area in a professional and organized manner.
Record walk-in details and share daily customer footfall reports.
Support customers with product or service information when required.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer flow.
Handle basic customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain showroom ambiance and follow grooming standards as per company policy.
Assist during promotional or festive events to manage customer experience.
