Retail Associate Luxury Jewelry

Role Overview: You will be joining the in-store team as a Retail Associate for a prestigious jewelry brand in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibility will be to provide an extraordinary shopping experience to customers that reflects luxury retail standards and build long-lasting relationships with them. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome customers with personalized attention and offer styling suggestions while educating them on gemstones, craftsmanship, and the story behind each piece. - Understand customer needs, recommend suitable jewelry pieces, and meet individual and store-level sales goals with integrity. - Ensure products are beautifully displayed, maintain brand visual standards, and assist in new collection launches and promotional set-ups. - Build rapport with clients, notify them of exclusive previews and new arrivals, and encourage repeat visits and referrals. - Assist with billing, order fulfillment, maintain POS records, update customer profiles, support inventory checks, and coordinate with the backend team for replenishment requests. - Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the store to provide a clean and safe environment for customers. Qualifications Required: - Strong passion for fashion, style, and luxury retail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. - Basic comfort with billing software or sales systems (training will be provided). - Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons. - Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
