With stores in Delhi’s prime shopping destinations, we aim to provide a premium, personalised retail experience. We are looking for a polished and proactive Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory organisation.
• Manage billing, POS operations, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure products are steamed, tagged, and displayed as per brand standards.

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist customers with styling, size guidance, and product selection.
• Provide a warm, personalised shopping experience to every client.
• Help achieve monthly sales targets and drive store conversions.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve minor issues independently.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with sales associates and support staff.
• Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and service expectations.
• Help create staff schedules when required.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse/production team.
• Assist in conducting stock audits and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Brand Representation

• Uphold the brand’s aesthetics, behaviour, and store presentation at all times.
• Maintain trial room management, product arrangement, and overall store ambience.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• 2–5 years of retail experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Presentable, confident, and well-spoken.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, billing, and Excel.
• Ability to work on weekends and peak festive periods.
• Strong sense of fashion and styling is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
