⸻ Key Requirements: 1. Experience & Background • Minimum 3–5 years of QSR operations experience • Preferably worked with established chains like McDonald’s, Subway, Domino’s, etc. • Strong knowledge of QSR SOPs, hygiene protocols, and customer service standards 2. Skills & Capabilities • Proven ability to implement and enforce SOPs across kitchen, service, and cashiering • Expertise in staff training, shift planning, and performance monitoring • Experience with POS systems (e.g., Posist, PetPooja) and inventory management • Familiarity with compliance, safety, and quality audits in the F&B sector 3. Leadership & Communication • Strong leadership and team motivation skills • Able to train junior staff and drive high service standards • Fluent in Hindi and English with confident customer-facing communication ⸻ Job Role & Responsibilities: • Take charge of store operations, team management, and service quality • Implement efficient workflows and SOPs across departments • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members • Oversee inventory control, daily cash handling, and vendor coordination • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction standards • Support expansion plans and provide inputs for scaling operations in future outlets
