Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our cloud kitchen. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient management of kitchen staff, quality control, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage a team of kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Handle inventory management, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with delivery platforms to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitor kitchen costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and ensuring high-quality meals.
• Implement new menu items and manage menu planning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Generate reports on kitchen performance and make improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in a cloud kitchen.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
