Restaurant Manager

As a skilled individual, you will be responsible for managing a team effectively. Your main focus will be on achieving both the top line and bottom line of the kitchen. It is crucial to build a strong customer base and ensure high retention and ratings on various platforms. Your duties will also include recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff to enhance their skills using appropriate tools. Managing the profit and loss, controlling expenses within the budget, and ensuring profitability are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will be required to maintain kitchen inventory accurately and uphold team health and safety compliance. Furthermore, you will oversee marketing promotions at the kitchen level to enhance customer ratings, handle customer complaints promptly, and manage the SLM brands to drive direct profit. Maintaining internal processes and conducting audits for new launches to demonstrate operational excellence will be part of your responsibilities. You will also need to ensure the kitchen's licenses are up to date for external audits, track employee attendance, plan and execute kitchen-level training programs, and possess good communication skills to respond to emails effectively.
