Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service excellence. Coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor and drive profitability through cost control and revenue growth strategies. Utilize Pet Pooja software for billing, order management, inventory tracking, and overall operational efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of [1] years’ experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Pet Pooja restaurant management software .
