Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of service to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily café operations, including cleanliness, inventory, and opening/closing procedures. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed to align with brand standards. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of service staff, baristas, and kitchen personnel. Schedule shifts, assign duties, and provide regular training for skill enhancement. Financial Oversight: Track sales, manage expenses, and work towards achieving monthly revenue targets. Ensure cost control and efficient resource management. Compliance & Safety: Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI and company guidelines. Ensure compliance with all operational SOPs.
