Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead daily kitchen operations with full ownership of quality, hygiene, and timeliness. Deliver exceptional customer experience in every meal served. Manage P&L for the kitchen; control costs, reduce wastage, and maximize revenue. Monitor performance metrics (KOT accuracy, delivery time, food ratings, complaints). Train, mentor, and motivate your team for high performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Requirements: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in restaurant / cloud kitchen / QSR operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Financial acumen to manage budgets and resources. Passion for food and delivering customer delight.
