Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Kalasagar Chitramandir Pvt.Ltd, with 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain high standards of quality control and hygiene.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurants or hotels, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
