Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of Table of Tales (TOT), a premium fine-dining destination that seamlessly blends Mediterranean and Indian cuisines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading the team, and achieving revenue and service excellence goals. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the complete restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and coordination with back-of-house (BOH) Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, guest satisfaction, and service quality Monitor inventory levels, vendor coordination, ordering, and stock control Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance Guest Experience & Service: Ensure top-notch guest service with a focus on personalized and memorable dining experiences Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally Develop and implement service SOPs and training programs Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate service and support staff Conduct briefings, assign responsibilities, and ensure staff adherence to duties Foster a positive, disciplined, and service-oriented team culture Financial & Compliance: Achieve sales targets, control operational costs, and manage budgets Track daily sales, prepare shift-wise reports, and manage billing procedures Ensure compliance with all legal, licensing, and safety regulations.
