Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of Table of Tales (TOT), a premium fine-dining destination that seamlessly blends Mediterranean and Indian cuisines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading the team, and achieving revenue and service excellence goals. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the complete restaurant operations, including front-of-house (FOH) and coordination with back-of-house (BOH) Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, guest satisfaction, and service quality Monitor inventory levels, vendor coordination, ordering, and stock control Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance Guest Experience & Service: Ensure top-notch guest service with a focus on personalized and memorable dining experiences Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally Develop and implement service SOPs and training programs Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate service and support staff Conduct briefings, assign responsibilities, and ensure staff adherence to duties Foster a positive, disciplined, and service-oriented team culture Financial & Compliance: Achieve sales targets, control operational costs, and manage budgets Track daily sales, prepare shift-wise reports, and manage billing procedures Ensure compliance with all legal, licensing, and safety regulations. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing and events team to support promotions, special events, and new menu launches Maintain brand standards and support community engagement activities Requirements: Minimum 4–6 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (fine dining experience preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills In-depth knowledge of service standards, restaurant operations, and guest relations Proficiency in POS systems, inventory tools, and restaurant software Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Fluent in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance incentives Meals and uniforms provided Opportunity to grow with a premium hospitality brand Dynamic work environment with creative culinary culture Leadership development and career growth potential
