Store Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Keeper with a background in restaurant store management and hands-on experience using Petpooja software. The ideal candidate should be honest, flexible, hardworking, and well-versed in inventory processes, monthly closings, and report generation. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations and inventory control. Use Petpooja software to update and track stock movement accurately. Maintain up-to-date stock records and ensure physical verification. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method for inventory usage. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports with management. Raise purchase indents and coordinate with the procurement team. Monitor stock levels and avoid overstocking or understocking. Support the monthly closing process by ensuring all inventory data is accurate and updated. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the storage area. Cooperate with the kitchen and service teams to fulfill daily operational needs. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant/hospitality store role. Proficient in Petpooja or similar inventory management software. Strong knowledge of inventory processes, food & beverage products, and store documentation. Honest, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude. Capable of handling workload under pressure and multi-tasking. Familiarity with MS Excel and documentation is a plus.
