Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming experience. Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction. Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns professionally. Maintain updated records of bookings, preferences, and special occasions. Ensure the reception and waiting area is tidy, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
