Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our outlet in Indore. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining service standards, handling guest relations, and ensuring smooth operations while achieving business targets. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage both people and performance effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers, Captains, and Stewards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback politely to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and management team for menu planning and events.
• Manage restaurant budgets, cost control, and monthly performance reports.
• Schedule staff, conduct training sessions, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Supervise maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and restaurant equipment.
• Drive sales and revenue through promotions, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Maintain strong guest relations with regular and VIP customers.
• Ensure discipline, grooming, and punctuality of all staff.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Graduate or diploma in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong operational knowledge and hands-on management style.
• Focused on guest satisfaction and staff development.
• Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
