Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow
Create work schedules that align with the restaurants needsEnsure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulationsTrain new employees to help them meet the restaurants expectationsInteract with guests and build positive rapportCoordinate daily with the Chef and the Kitchen team for smooth operationEnsure customer satisfaction is metRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsRegularly review product qualityManage the entire Restaurant's teamAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning productsEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteCreate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesCoordinate with the Marketing team for execution of BTL Activities inside the restaurantTrain new and current employees on proper customer service practicesImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
