Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensure customer satisfaction and excellent customer service, handle budgeting, and be responsible for hiring and training staff. The role also includes maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Experience in Hiring and training staff
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
