 Overseeing overall Procurement activities, implementing

effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings.

 Handling Restaurant operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production & distribution process.

Supply Chain Management
 Sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain for

items, ensuring timely distribution of the merchandise to the

Restaurant.

  •  Managing logistics operations, involving and coordinating withvarious & other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost- effective transport solutions.

 Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to

rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting

tools.

  •  Coordinating and planning the logistic need for the region andother regional commissaries.
  •  Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower and machinery towardsthe output.
  •  Ensuring good manufacturing practices are being followed andensuring strict adherence to quality standards lay down by Domino’s Pizza International Limited.

5. JOB CONTEXT:

Manage Store cost with flawless execution of operations with excellent customer service standards and building sales by implementing market strategy & promotional schemes effectively

 All Restaurant Support Departments including commissary  Middle level Management
External: Business partners

 All Utility Vendors

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

 Qualification – Hotel management or Food Tech

 Experience – 5-6 years’ experience specialised in field of retail / services industry with exposure to supply chain operations also for a period of Min 1 to 2 years
