Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and passionate Floor Manager to join our restaurant team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, leading a team of service staff, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and upselling techniques. Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve service standards and product knowledge.

- Manage employee leaves, attendance, and performance evaluations.

2. Customer Service:

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

- Build strong relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat business.

- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team.

3. Sales Growth:

- Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers to increase sales revenue.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase average table spend and customer loyalty.

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

4. Operations Management:

- Oversee floor operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.

- Participate in menu development and inventory management.

5. Hiring and Training:

- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for service staff.

- Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

- MBA is a plus

2. Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry.

- Proven track record of leadership, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

3. Age limit: Not more than 30.

4. Skills:

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
