Restaurant Floor Manager

Punjabi Kadhai is a well-established restaurant known for its authentic Punjabi cuisine and warm hospitality. The menu features a wide range of dishes from North India, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Floor Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising all floor activities, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to floor staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for all staff members.
• Ensure that each team member is proficient in their assigned roles.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimise wastage.
• Greet and assist customers with any inquiries or special requests.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Foster a welcoming and customer-centric environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of staff payroll.
• Maintain records of hours worked and verify against schedules.

Requirements:

• Female Candidate preferred.
• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
