Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure excellent dining experiences for our guests. The Restaurant Captain will be responsible for supervising the service staff, managing table reservations, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, ensure their seating and comfort. Supervise and coordinate the service team to deliver efficient and timely service. Take and confirm food and beverage orders accurately. Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking on guests and addressing their needs promptly. Handle guest complaints and resolve them professionally. Train and guide new service staff in restaurant protocols and service standards. Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and food presentation. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow. Manage table reservations and seating arrangements. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good knowledge of food and beverages. Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and efficiently. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent. Preferred: Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Hospitality. Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or specialty restaurants.
