It's known for flavorful dishes, a live sushi cart, and excellent service—making it a top spot for Thai food near the airport. Position : Restaurant Captain Location : Airport, Andheri, Mumbai Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 + tips and food Shift Type : Break Shift Duty Hours : 10 hours per day Weekly Off : 1 weekly off (as per standard roster) Job Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate the dining area to ensure smooth service operations Greet guests, take orders, and ensure high service standards are maintained Manage and train junior staff (stewards/waiters) to ensure consistency in service Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and professional service Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order execution Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests effectively Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area Assist in billing and table turnover during peak hours Requirements : Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed restaurant Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards Ability to lead a team and manage service flow Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude Flexible with shift timings and break shift.
