Job Title: Restaurant Captain & Steward (Multiple Positions)
Job Description: We are hiring Restaurant Captains and Stewards for our Navi Mumbai outlet.
We are looking for well-groomed, experienced, and dedicated front-of-house professionals who can deliver excellent guest service, manage sections efficiently, and maintain high service standards.

Positions & Salary:
Restaurant Captain - Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Steward - Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Restaurant Captain – Responsibilities:

• Manage your assigned section and ensure smooth service.
• Take food & beverage orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/bar.
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and timely service.
• Lead and guide stewards during the shift.
• Handle guest complaints politely and resolve within 5 minutes.
• Brief and debrief staff before and after shifts.
• Upsell menu items to meet sales targets.
• Know the complete food and beverage menu.
• Fill in for the Manager when required.
• Maintain necessary outlet records and shift handovers.

Restaurant Captain – Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year as Captain OR 2–3 years as Senior Steward.
• Good communication + strong grooming.
• Hotel Management diploma/degree preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage guest relations.

Steward – Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages politely and efficiently.
• Set up tables, ensure proper mise-en-place, and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist guests as required and clear tables quickly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Support during busy hours and follow instructions from Captain.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.

Steward – Requirements:

• 1–2 years of restaurant service experience preferred.
• Good communication and positive attitude.
• Basic menu knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Hotel Management background preferred (not mandatory).
