Restaurant Captain – Job Summary A Restaurant Captain oversees the dining area operations to ensure excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and team coordination. They act as a bridge between the kitchen and service staff, supervise waiters, assist with guest needs, handle complaints, and ensure adherence to service standards. Responsibilities often include taking reservations, recommending menu items, training new staff, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Qualification : 12th minimum HM preferred Must be having good communication skills in English. Experience : 1 yr minimum CANDIDATE MUST COMFORTABLE IN BREAKSHIFT.
