Role & responsibilities

Supervise restaurant service in assigned section. Manage stewards, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate with kitchen & cashier, handle table allocation, upselling, hygiene standards, and assist Restaurant Manager in smooth daily operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise service in a section of the restaurant.
  • Train and guide stewards in service etiquette.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints tactfully.
  • Coordinate with kitchen for timely food delivery.
  • Manage table allocations and reservations.
  • Promote upselling of food, beverages, and specials.
  • Maintain service standards, hygiene, and grooming.
  • Assist Restaurant Manager in shift operations and reporting.
