As we continue to grow, we are looking for two experienced Restaurant Captains who can take charge of the floor with calm confidence, lead their teams effectively, and eventually grow into Floor Manager roles. --- What We’re Looking For We are seeking individuals who: Have excellent people skills and a naturally calm, patient, and composed personality Are able to handle pressure and stressful situations gracefully Are great listeners who can take guest feedback positively and act on it Possess strong leadership skills and can manage the service floor efficiently Have good communication skills and sound F&B knowledge Demonstrate professional grooming standards, punctuality, and responsibility Previous experience in fine dining, casual dining, or premium café setups is mandatory. --- Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff on the floor. Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly and receive exceptional service throughout their visit. Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism. Maintain a calm and composed demeanor even during high-pressure situations. Ensure the dining area is always neat, organized, and ready for service. Check table settings, cleanliness, and presentation standards. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow. Conduct briefings before service to update the team on specials, menu changes, and service focus areas. Train and motivate team members to maintain high service standards. Ensure all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to service and hygiene are followed. Assist in daily sales reporting, billing oversight, and cash handling when required. Maintain guest relationship records and ensure repeat customers are recognized and valued. Support management in planning and executing special events or promotions. --- Growth Opportunity This role is designed for individuals who are ready to grow into Floor Manager positions.
