Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant and Beverage Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
Supervise and train staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurants and beverages, preferably in a similar establishment.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effective team management.
