Job Summary
As a Resource Planner QA, your job is to manage the resource pool to secure teams required for each project, based on testers' experience and training, to successfully conduct testing and meet clients' demands.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a centralized Resource Pool with tester skill levels and availability
- Schedule creation in line with the requirements presented by the clients
- Absence tracking and management and find suitable replacements for absent staff members
- Maintain and share weekly/monthly dashboards on resource utilization, availability, and upcoming requirements
- Keep accurate records of resource assignments, roll-offs, and backfills
- Preparation of reports and managing databases connected with resourcing
- Updating the existing process when required
- Seating map creation and maintenance to align proper seats to allocated testers
- Keeping track of Hardware Inventory and preparing relevant reports
- Coordinate with procurement for procuring new hardware and repair of the damaged hardware
- Escalation of resource conflicts to the Production Support Manager

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in Excel (Advance level), Google Sheets
- Knowledge of any Power BI, SQL database, project/resource management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira) is an added advantage
- Good with database management
- Very good English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of expectations management
- Positive attitude and Analytics skills
- Ability to work under pressure of time
- Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects
- Ability to work independently and with teams
