Role: Resource Manager Location: Remote working until further notice The Resource Manager is a key member of the capacity management, resourcing, and creative function within Inside Ideas Group. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day resource management to ensure our teams are supported in providing the highest quality creative output in a cost-effective and timely manner by understanding our employee's talents and utilizing them effectively. What You Will Be Doing: - Managing all resource requests for teams and assigning relevant resources in a timely and efficient manner. - Monitoring resource requests and fulfilling needs with internal resources, offshore resources, or freelancers. - Collaborating closely with departmental and Project Management teams to source the most appropriate talent for each project. - Identifying and resolving potential resource conflicts or escalating them to the Creative Services Lead. - Training teams and new joiners in the resourcing process and tools used. - Maintaining and developing the use of all systems, including Global Resourcing Portal, JIRA, and OMG. - Supporting with Freelance management, including tracking, timesheet management, contract generation, and bookings as required. - Leveraging networks and recruiting agency partners to find and screen the best creative talent for open roles. - Working within the wider Global Resourcing Community to resource solutions geographically based on capacity. - Pulling reports and providing data. - Being the in-house expert on our skill sets and capabilities. - Engaging in the creation of best practices and processes for Resourcing and Talent Teams. - Collaborating with the Talent Team to match internal candidates to open roles. - Creating a bench of talent for a range of creative jobs in key markets. - Maintaining freelancer records for accurate data. - Providing excellent customer service to client teams and talent. Qualifications for Success in this Role: - At least 3 years" experience in Recruitment or as a Resource Manager in a creative agency. - Strong problem-solving skills with an understanding of the creative industry. - Attention to detail under pressure. - People-focused individual. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Experience in working and managing a high volume of work. - Ability to multitask effectively and handle constant requests and changes. - Good negotiation skills. - Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities. - Strong sense of organization and follow-through to manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously.
