Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:

  Aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives, forecasting workforce needs, and defining roles.

• Talent Acquisition:

  Overseeing recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring the right people are matched to the right jobs.

• Employee Relations:

  Acting as a link between management and employees, mediating disputes, handling disciplinary actions, and promoting positive communication.

• Performance Management:

  Developing and managing appraisal systems, setting performance standards, and providing coaching.

• Compensation & Benefits:

  Administering pay scales, benefits programs (health, insurance, etc.), and ensuring competitive packages.

• Training & Development:

  Assessing training needs and coordinating learning programs for employees and managers.

• Legal Compliance:

  Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Resource Optimization:

  Collaborating with project managers to allocate staff effectively, monitor workloads, and prevent resource bottlenecks.
