Job Description

Position Overview

This role will play an integral part in maintaining up to date and accurate workforce data that will help leadership

make key decisions to meet staffing needs. The database will need to house critical information including but not

limited to the work demographics for each resource and track changes in the work profile or allocation of employees

as resources are being aligned to meet specific business needs. The Workforce Data Manager will be instrumental in

providing resource inputs to the finance team to ensure accurate cross charging is done at the end of each month.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date workforce database for all specializations/craft teams

• Collaborate with the specialization/craft teams to track resource mobilization

• Work with the Finance team to provide timely and accurate resource allocation details for monthly cross

charging

• Partner with internal stakeholders including HR to track resourcing needs

• Track resource mobilisation both internal and external

• Work closely with Access Provisioning Manager in the Delivery Center Ops team to notify workforce

changes

• Perform reconciliation for workforce data across multiple sources to ensure consistency

• Proactively raise red flags with regards to any workforce data disparity that could impact deliverables and

KPI

Qualification - Required Skills

• Proficient in communication, both written and spoken English

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a MIS profile handling workforce data

• Sound knowledge Microsoft Office tools, not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Proactive in sharing updates and identifying potential threats to workforce data

• Ability to produce workforce data reports to senior management

• Readiness to support across time zones as per business need

• Be flexible to embrace change management and adapt quickly

Qualifications - Desired Skills

• Overall working experience of at least 7+ years

• Hands on experience of reporting tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
