Your Key Responsibilities will involve: - **Workforce Management** - Collaborate with delivery managers to prioritize projects effectively, allocate shared resources, and manage risks. - Assign resources to projects based on skills, availability, and business requirements to optimize productivity. - Identify resource conflicts and reallocate staff as necessary to meet changing project needs. - Maintain an updated database of resource availability, skills, and capacity to ensure balanced workloads. - **Resource Planning & Allocation** - Align resource allocation with project timelines and priorities in coordination with delivery managers. - Analyze resource demand, project pipeline, and capacity trends to plan resource availability. - Provide forecasts and insights to leadership based on the analysis. - **Process Adherence and Reporting** - Ensure adherence to processes and utilization of appropriate project/resource management tools for tracking allocation, performance, and report generation. - Timely reporting to all stakeholders is essential. - **Recruitment Support** - Work with HR and hiring managers to identify resource gaps and support strategic workforce planning initiatives. - **Continuous Improvement** - Engage in organizational initiatives to observe and propose process enhancements, new tools, trends, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in resource management.
