Job Description

As a Resource Manager at OLIVER+, you will play a crucial role in capacity management, resourcing, and creative functions within Inside Ideas Group. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the teams are supported in delivering high-quality creative output efficiently and cost-effectively by properly utilizing employee talents. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for managing all resource requests for teams, assigning relevant resources in a timely manner, and monitoring resource needs. Additionally, you will work closely with departmental and Project Management teams to identify the most appropriate talent for each project, resolve any resource conflicts, and maintain and develop the use of various systems such as Global Resourcing Portal, JIRA, and OMG. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage all resource requests and assign resources efficiently - Monitor resource needs and fulfill them with internal, offshore, or freelance resources - Collaborate with departmental teams to identify suitable talent for projects - Identify and resolve resource conflicts or escalate them as needed - Train teams and new joiners on resourcing processes and tools - Support with freelance management, including tracking, timesheet management, and contract generation - Utilize recruiting agency partners to find and screen creative talent for open roles - Work within the global resourcing community to allocate resources geographically based on capacity - Provide data reports and act as an in-house expert on skill sets and capabilities - Engage in creating best practices for resourcing and talent teams **Qualifications Required:** - At least 3 years" experience in recruitment or as a resource manager in a creative agency - Problem-solving skills with an understanding of the creative industry - Strong attention to detail and people-focused approach - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Experience in managing high volumes of work and multitasking effectively - Good negotiation skills and ability to prioritize and manage sourcing requests - Strong sense of organization and follow-through OLIVER+ values ambition, imagination, inspiration, continuous learning, and being results-focused.
