Resource Manager

You will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and managing independent contractors for customers" customer experience projects, as well as providing coaching and guidance to evaluators. Your role will involve overseeing project statuses, ensuring their timely completion, and maintaining accuracy. This position requires you to work 16 hours every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays). Your essential duties will include recruiting, coaching, and scheduling Independent Contractors (Auditors/Evaluators) for projects across various industries. You will reach out to evaluators through email, text, phone, and other channels to inform them about available evaluation projects. It will be your responsibility to research and propose new recruitment procedures, track responses to assess sourcing efforts, and coordinate routes and timelines of Auditor/Evaluators to meet project requirements within budget constraints. You will also provide customer service to Auditors/Evaluators, collaborate with stakeholders for operational improvement, track project scheduling, confirm timely project completion, and ensure Auditor/Evaluator success by offering project-specific education or briefings. Additionally, you will schedule projects with the most qualified evaluators, follow up to ensure evaluations are completed on time, and adhere to quality control procedures to identify and report fraudulent activities. Moreover, you will participate in team and company meetings, perform other assigned duties, and maintain communication with evaluators, clients, and internal teams. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, ideally 1-2 years in temporary agency or corporate recruiting. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to quickly learn proprietary database systems are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment are essential. You must be proactive, independent, resourceful, and capable of handling challenging interpersonal interactions diplomatically. Your ability to take personal responsibility for your work's quality and timeliness, earn trust and respect through honesty and professionalism, and contribute to a positive team environment will be crucial for success in this role.
