Review and design resourcing plans to deliver against project deliverables while leveraging internal resources, third party contractors and partners. Partners with Operations to ensure resource revenue forecasting is accurate Conduct practice reviews providing recommendations and actions to improve the health, performance, and delivery of projects by aligning the right staff to project deliverable to increase utilization, improve margin by assigning work to lower cost resources, and driving better forward planning.
