Resource Management Lead

As a Resourcing Manager at our company, your role will involve reviewing and designing resourcing plans to meet project deliverables effectively. This includes leveraging internal resources, third-party contractors, and partners. You will collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate resource revenue forecasting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting practice reviews to provide recommendations for improving project health, performance, and delivery. This will involve aligning the right staff to project deliverables, increasing utilization, improving margin by assigning work to lower cost resources, and driving better forward planning. - Planning and analyzing work for the Global Services workforce by developing staffing plans that account for increases or decreases.
