Role Overview


Resort Manager




Key Responsibilities



Park Operations Management


  • Oversee daily operations of the adventure park.
  • Ensure smooth entry, activity scheduling, and visitor flow.
  • Coordinate with Activity Heads, Safety Officers, and Park Managers.
  • Ensure all adventure activities run as per SOPs and safety standards.



Corporate, Group & Family Experience


  • Manage corporate outings, team-building events, and group bookings.
  • Coordinate schedules, activity rotations, food arrangements, and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless experience for families and individual visitors.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.



Team & Staff Management


  • Supervise front desk, sales, activity teams, safety staff, and support staff.
  • Manage staff attendance, shifts, discipline, and performance.
  • Conduct daily briefings and training for operational efficiency and safety.



Sales, Revenue & Upselling


  • Monitor daily footfall, bookings, and revenue.
  • Support sales team in converting corporate & school inquiries.
  • Upsell activity packages, food packages, and event add-ons.
  • Ensure target achievement and optimal capacity utilization.



Safety, Hygiene & Compliance


  • Ensure all safety protocols, harness checks, and activity SOPs are followed.
  • Maintain hygiene standards across park, washrooms, activity zones, and food areas.
  • Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident handling.



Reporting & Management Coordination


  • Prepare daily & monthly MIS reports (footfall, revenue, events).
  • Share operational insights with management for improvements.
  • Support marketing events, festivals, and special activity days.




Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 

    3+ years experience

     in 

    Resort / Adventure Park / Amusement Park / Event Operations / Hospitality Management

    .
  • Strong leadership and crowd-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Ability to manage high footfall and peak-day operations.
  • Experience in handling corporates, schools, and large groups preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
