Position Details 📍 Location: Pinak Adventure Park, Lucknow 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site 💼 Role: Sales Cum Front Desk Executive 💰 Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) + Attractive Sales Incentives 📌 Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in Sales / Front Office / Customer Handling / Hospitality Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Handling Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and explain available packages. Follow up on leads from WhatsApp, calls, and website inquiries. Convert school, college, and corporate inquiries into confirmed bookings. Upsell activity packages, food packages, and event add-ons. Help achieve monthly sales targets. Front Desk Management Welcome and assist visitors with bookings, ticketing, and activity details. Manage phone calls, visitor logs, registrations, and event check-ins. Coordinate with activity teams to ensure smooth visitor flow. Customer Service Provide a polite, energetic, and professional experience to every visitor. Resolve customer concerns or escalate to the manager when needed. Ensure clear communication about packages, policies, safety rules, etc. Administrative Duties Maintain daily MIS: footfall, bookings, inquiries, conversions. Support park events, school groups, and corporate outings. Manage cash handling and billing at the front desk. Required Skills & Qualifications At least 2–4 years experience in Sales / Customer Handling / Front Office. Strong communication skills (Hindi & English). Confident personality with excellent sales skills. Ability to handle peak rush hours and maintain professionalism. Role Overview The Resort Manager will oversee complete park operations , ensuring smooth execution of adventure activities, excellent guest experience, staff coordination, safety compliance, and revenue optimization for corporate, group, and individual visitors. Key Responsibilities Park Operations Management Oversee daily operations of the adventure park. Ensure smooth entry, activity scheduling, and visitor flow. Coordinate with Activity Heads, Safety Officers, and Park Managers. Ensure all adventure activities run as per SOPs and safety standards. Corporate, Group & Family Experience Manage corporate outings, team-building events, and group bookings. Coordinate schedules, activity rotations, food arrangements, and timelines. Ensure seamless experience for families and individual visitors. Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Team & Staff Management Supervise front desk, sales, activity teams, safety staff, and support staff. Manage staff attendance, shifts, discipline, and performance. Conduct daily briefings and training for operational efficiency and safety. Sales, Revenue & Upselling Monitor daily footfall, bookings, and revenue. Support sales team in converting corporate & school inquiries. Upsell activity packages, food packages, and event add-ons. Ensure target achievement and optimal capacity utilization. Safety, Hygiene & Compliance Ensure all safety protocols, harness checks, and activity SOPs are followed. Maintain hygiene standards across park, washrooms, activity zones, and food areas. Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident handling. Reporting & Management Coordination Prepare daily & monthly MIS reports (footfall, revenue, events). Share operational insights with management for improvements. Support marketing events, festivals, and special activity days. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years experience in Resort / Adventure Park / Amusement Park / Event Operations / Hospitality Management . Strong leadership and crowd-management skills. Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English). Ability to manage high footfall and peak-day operations. Experience in handling corporates, schools, and large groups preferred.
