Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Handling

• Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and explain available packages.
• Follow up on leads from WhatsApp, calls, and website inquiries.
• Convert school, college, and corporate inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Upsell activity packages, food packages, and event add-ons.
• Help achieve monthly sales targets.

Front Desk Management

• Welcome and assist visitors with bookings, ticketing, and activity details.
• Manage phone calls, visitor logs, registrations, and event check-ins.
• Coordinate with activity teams to ensure smooth visitor flow.

Customer Service

• Provide a polite, energetic, and professional experience to every visitor.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate to the manager when needed.
• Ensure clear communication about packages, policies, safety rules, etc.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain daily MIS: footfall, bookings, inquiries, conversions.
• Support park events, school groups, and corporate outings.
• Manage cash handling and billing at the front desk.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 

  2–4 years experience

   in Sales / Customer Handling / Front Office.
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Confident personality with excellent sales skills.
• Ability to handle peak rush hours and maintain professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.
• Hospitality, events, amusement, or tourism background preferred.
