Resort Manager

Job Title: Resort Manager – Pre-Opening Property

Location: Ananthagiri hills, Araku

• A luxury resort comprising 10 private villas and 1 restaurant, constructed by Sardar Projects.
• Pre-opening phase – The candidate will be responsible for the entire setup, operational readiness, and successful launch of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening Phase:

• Oversee entire pre-opening operations, including recruitment, training, procurement, and setting up standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with Sardar Projects, vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of construction and handover.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to design pre-opening promotional campaigns.
• Finalize operational budgets, pricing strategies, and service standards.

Operations Management (Post Opening):

• Manage day-to-day resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Supervise restaurant operations, menu planning (in coordination with chefs), and F&B cost control.
• Implement strong revenue management and cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Resort/Hotel Manager, with at least 1 years in a pre-opening role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and villa/resort operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage P&L, budgeting, and operational strategies.
• Graduate/PG in Hospitality Management preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
