Resilience Lead

As a Resilience Lead at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to meet plan, budget, quality, and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Have experience with ITIL v3 or above certification or relevant experience in an ITIL environment - Demonstrate very strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Possess experience and/or exposure with Service Risk and Control Governance, such as Technical Resilience, Capacity Management, Service Level Agreements, Configuration Management, Incident, Problem and Change Management, Data Backup and Recovery - Showcase a proven track record of delivering results in IT Service Management disciplines - Exhibit Service Risk Management experience - Utilize PowerPoint and Excel for analyzing and presenting information for Service Reviews, Risks, and Service Improvement Qualifications Required: - Experience with Service Now/Service First Service Management tool is highly valued - Previous experience working in the Financial Industry with Technology - Experience in managing end-to-end services or customer journey - Proficiency in 3rd Party Management relationship experience - Knowledge of APIs (RAML, Service Mesh) and aPaaS hosted applications and services - Familiarity with Services running on Windows, UNIX, Cloud Technologies, AWS, Openshift In this role based in Pune, your main purpose will be to manage the IT Services department, set strategic direction, provide support to the bank's senior management team, and manage IT Service risk across the organization. Your accountabilities will also include the development of strategic direction for IT Services, management of the department, relationship management of stakeholders, implementation of policies and procedures, monitoring financial performance, managing projects, and maintaining critical technology infrastructure. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, lead a team, set objectives, collaborate with other functions, and demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with the LEAD framework.
