Resident AV Engineers

You are urgently required to join as a Resident AV Engineer for a Fortune 500 client. Your primary responsibility will be managing, supporting, and maintaining AV systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of meetings, conferences, and events at the client's location. As the main technical point of contact, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality AV service. You will be responsible for providing daily support for AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas, including setting up, testing, and operating AV equipment. Additionally, you will offer live event support for presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls. In case of any AV system issues, you are expected to diagnose and resolve them promptly to minimize disruptions. Collaborating with remote support teams and vendors for escalations is also part of your role. Your duties will include managing and monitoring the health of AV equipment, ensuring proper integration with VC platforms, and maintaining asset records and documentation. You will serve as the primary onsite AV contact for the client, providing technical guidance, training, and maintaining a professional relationship aligned with client expectations. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of various AV systems and video conferencing platforms. Hands-on experience in AV support, live event production, and hybrid meeting setups is essential. Moreover, exceptional troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and customer service orientation are desired qualities. The ability to work independently and handle pressure in live environments is crucial for success.
