We are a leading Audio-Visual solutions provider delivering professional Boardroom, Auditorium & commercial AV services along with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for corporates across India.

Role Overview

You will be coordinating all AMC contract-related operations — documentation, renewals, service scheduling & client coordination — ensuring smooth delivery of AV services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update & maintain AMC / service contracts
Track renewals & service SLAs
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain service call logs & compliance records
Coordinate with clients, vendors & field technicians
Support invoice, PO & GRN documentation
Prepare MIS reports for management

Skills & Qualifications

Graduated in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in AMC / Service / Documentation roles preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Word
Good communication (Hindi & English)
Excellent follow-up & organizational skills
AV industry knowledge — preferred but not mandatory
