The role involves managing, supporting, and maintaining the AV systems to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of meetings, conferences, and events. The engineer will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring a high standard of AV service delivery. No. of Positions - 4 Key Responsibilities Onsite AV Operations Provide daily support for all AV-enabled meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event areas. Set up, test, and operate AV equipment (video conferencing, projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, control systems, etc.). Provide live event support including presentations, hybrid meetings, and townhalls. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve AV system issues in real-time with minimal disruption. Maintain asset records, documentation, and SOPs. Client Relationship & Communication Act as the primary onsite AV contact for the client. Provide technical guidance and training to end-users. Deliver a consistent, professional experience aligned with client expectations. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Strong knowledge of AV systems: Crestron, AMX, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Biamp, QSC, Shure, etc. Proficiency in video conferencing platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, Webex. Familiarity with AV over IP, signal flow, DSPs, and control systems. Experience 3–6 years of hands-on AV support experience required with Polycom, Logitech, and Videowall Controller technology. Support NOC, board rooms, cafeterias, training & reception. Experience in live event production and hybrid meeting setups. Soft Skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
