Pre-Sales Manager (Audio Visual Solutions)

As a tech-savvy professional with a passion for cutting-edge AV solutions and a flair for customer engagement, you are invited to join our team as a Pre-Sales Manager and help shape the future of integrated Audio Visual experiences. You will play a pivotal role in bridging our technical capabilities with client needs. Working closely with the sales and engineering teams, you will design tailored AV solutions, deliver compelling product demos, and ensure technical accuracy in all client interactions. - Design comprehensive AV & UC solutions with detailed BOQs. - Collaborate with sales to identify client requirements and develop winning AV solutions. - Engage in solution discussions directly with clients and sales teams. - Create proposals, presentations, and scope-of-work documents. - Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations with prospective clients. - Stay updated on AV trends, technologies, and competitive offerings. - Support tender processes, RFP responses, and solution documentation. - Support project handovers from sales to execution. - 6-10 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting within the AV or related industry. - Strong understanding of AV system design, integration, and emerging technologies. - Strong knowledge of Poly, Cisco, Biamp, Crestron, AMX, Logitech, and other AV brands. - Expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven Audio design expertise. - Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and project teams. - Certifications like CTS, CTS-D, or similar are a plus.
