Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reservations professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reservations and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze and resolve complex reservation-related issues, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, transactions, and client interactions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in reservations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of reservation systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong customer service skills, committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
