Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaisalmer for a Reservations Manager. In this position, the candidate will lead the reservations team, manage booking processes, and ensure exceptional customer service. The Reservations Manager will optimize room sales, liaise with the sales and marketing team, provide support and training to staff, and maintain accurate records of bookings and guest preferences. Additionally, the role encompasses monitoring market trends and availability to achieve occupancy targets and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Reservations management and the ability to handle systems and booking platforms efficiently
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve queries promptly
• Effective Communication skills for maintaining positive interactions with guests and internal teams
• Proven expertise in Sales to maximize bookings and revenue opportunities
• Capability to conduct Training sessions for team members to uphold service quality
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office management is an added advantage
